        After buying a bunch of products from Kiehls for the first time, I had an issues with my skin after an assistant in London, Selfridges informed me to buy oily skin products even though I have eczema (silly of me to have listened to her I suppose). I went to this Kiehls after coming back up to York for university after realising the products did nothing for me. A lovely man at the store willingly helped me out and despite it not being their fault, he swapped my moisturiser for a much better one for my eczema and recommended their hydrating serum, which I now love! He also gave me great advice and explained how I could fix my skin problems. Just after two weeks I already feel like my skin is much better. Amazing customer service! Thank you so much.
