        No answer to the telephone, no matter when I tried. Very unhelpful, disabled, I couldn't advise my carer when to collect my prescription.

        Rubbish service. Still standing here 15 mins waiting to see pharmacist who is stressed and said ' she'll have to wait to another colleague loudly and Crossland. Then swore at the system which was causing her a problem. My first visit here. I won't be returning. Appalling customer service from this member of staff on a busy Saturday morning.

        1st time I went in they were extremely RUDE+ ARROGANT. I just thought they were having a bad day. But since then every time iv been in they are exactly the same.

        I was refused entry to buy my baby some milk due to closure of the store for staff lunches. It was two minutes to 2pm, so I was within the time. The lady made a big deal about them having to close the store so they can have their lunch, it was very selfish of her to not let me buy my baby some milk. Rude and selfish, I won't be returning.
