Edit: I have to take out 2 stars as I still try to cancel my subscription and it is super difficult. I have a core membership and there isn't a button to cancel it; istead, I was prompt to email the team to cancel it for me. I did, and just received an email prompting me to log into my account and cancel it from there... Clearly making it purposefully difficult to cancel a subscription which is annoying the least. Though please note it's not a problem with York Pure Gym, is with Pure Gym in general.
