        Went this afternoon for a guest visit and used the steam sauna and jacuzzi all which were nice and hot the staff were friendly and helpful. The changing rooms were clean and tidy and lounge cafe was a nice space to relax.

        Possibly the most comprehensive range of classes in York for all abilities, decent equipment, pleasant facilities and excellent group fitness instructors, personal trainers and gym instructors - what more do you want? This is a place for everyone - it's a good place to work out and actually enjoy yourself - a big family of people doing their bit to get to where they want to be. Go and have a look. It might be what you've been looking for!

        A very nice gym with supportive staff, nice changing rooms showers, good machines and weights, a calm atmosphere, nice coffee shop, sauna, steam room, spa.
