Cannot recommend Swift Fitness enough , Ive been doing cardio for the last 20 years but since having my PT sessions with Danny he has completely shifted my mindset on fitness and getting stronger . The Gym and the people are fantastic, Im now enjoying going even though the Hitmill gets me every time!! If you are after a gym that has the best machines, knowledgable people and is central to York then this is the gym for you!

Great gym. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the gym is always clean. Its also excellently placed just outside the city centre. The Zumba class run by Erika is really fun and she creates a really welcoming environment.
