        Been a member previous and its a lovely gym with everything you need. The only issue is it's on the small side, so when it gets busy you do struggle to fit in what you want to do.

        All the staff are really nice, they have a chest freezer full of GSN frozen protein food which is tasty and convenient. The gym is what I refer to as a old school gym its got character and great equipment you wont run out of plates tried a few gyms in York and this my favourite one.

        Good equipment, decent price, friendly staff and the customers tend to be reasonably helpful as well. It is small so it can feel pretty busy sometimes, but it's not the end of the world.
