        Myself and my partner stayed for 3 nights and travelled from Birmingham. The B&B couple/owners David and Carolyn were very welcoming and down to earth. They really helped us to navigate York and find our way by suggesting tours and what to do. They're friendly and engaging. Breakfast is served between 8.30-9.30 and every morning was a delight, delicious and well cooked. Our room was always stocked with a nice cuppa tea set. We never got disturbed which is nice if you are independent like us. Our room was comfortable, chic and really homely! The B&B is about 5 minutes from york town which is very handy! We have had a beautiful time in York. We will definitely be coming back!
