Dreadful. My usual, supportive, doctors have both left. Have to wait at least 45 minutes on the phone, so forced to use an (adequate) online booking system. However, it then takes days to hear back, and only then by text. Been waiting since Christmas (4 months now) for a consultation regarding uncomfortable digestive symptoms, and had to self-diagnose and treat online, (rightly or wrongly.) Unless its life threatening, it seems you will only ever receive telephone contact. When I felt a lump in my throat, was asked to photograph it. Impossible! Never heard back when I stated this. My family and I do not feel adequately supported by this surgery at all, and it would seem that many other reviews agree. I hope they will listen to their patients, and start to improve things drastically.

Tried booking an urgent appointment for help with a skin condition Ive had for four years and Im told a routine appointment would work better for the GP, and theres an 8-week wait for that. COVID backlog, apparently.

Can't get in touch with the surgery, go into reception who tell you to go online and the online service is never open no matter what time of day I try! Always end up seeing a different doctor and having to start from the beginning of treatment over and over again... Having to re-explain myself due to lack of note taking. Multiple blood tests where they didn't test for what the doctor said. Always having to fight for my prescriptions which are repeat prescriptions but can't get them!

The gp in general from going there in person has always been welcoming and respectful. However after COVID and the aftermath of it. The GP has gone downhill with appointments over the phone and apperantly I was told I would be waiting five working days for an appointment to be made available even though that's a problem due to working every nearly six five days a week barely time to drop everything and go and it's more bleak and difficult to get referred to a midwife by them now too ..Overall needs a slight improvement.
