        The receptionist was very helpful, friendly, patient and careful. I waited in the hospital to see the doctor for an urgent about 4 hours. And the average of waiting is 2.5 hours, and i cannot book an appointment for my situation. Which make it very bad experience, and it seems that the management of the hospital is absolutely ridiculous. The doctor was nice, but he was trying to finish as early as possible. He made some mistakes in a letter about my situation, but overall, he was alright. I will never come again to the hospital, except if i dont have a choice. And i prefer to book an appointment with unity health, since they have much better service.

        God help anybody having to go here. Place is filthy. Lots of staff stood about doing nothing. I saw some terrible things while i was in . Even a member of staff told me to report the things that were going on. I had to get out or im not sure what would have happened.
