        Called on a Wednesday to ask for availability and price on fitting a shower enclosure. Had me sent him pictures and all, sent that same night. Had to chase him afterwards, during a week and a half for him to then tell me that he cannot fit the enclosure because he did not fit the shower or the tiling, and in case of leak, responsibility would fall on him!! What kind of excuse is that!! Waste of time . Lack of Customer Service. Basically, unless you are going to give him a full job, he has no interest.

        On time, competent and trustworthy. Boiler repaired, system drained, I have had two different boilers repaired recently and the service has been excellent both times. Good value as well being the cheapest of two quotes happy to recommend
