VFC

OK so this is not a review of their products but of their behaviour. I find it difficult to accept that a supposedly ethical company is happy to park their vehicles/trailers in multiple disabled parking spaces. I would be happy to be contacted by VFC to discuss this further and potentially revise this review.

I love trying vegan food so this time I got to try Vegan Fried Popcorn Chick*n by VFC food because they had a popup at Kings Cross. The texture was really impressive because it was soft with a great meaty texture without being too dry. Adding sauces to it made it taste even better even though they were already tasty on their own. I liked the coating which was coarse with cornflakes which gives it that extra crunch to contrast the the vegan chicken.

So delighted with the VFC popcorn ch*kn, delicious and have a great texture/flavour. Fab to keep in the freezer as a takeaway alternative (obviously cheaper but also for people like me who live in a remote village and don't get much choice for takeaway let alone vegan takeaways and this is way better!) I serve it with the red bisto gravy, fries and peas and the whole family loves it!
