I dont often post reviews but wanted to share how pleased I am with the product and service from The York Flower Company! Couldnt recommend them highly enough as a first time customer, and will definitely be using them again. I live in a different county and was looking for a local florist to send some flowers to my grandma for her birthday, and the process was so easy - you can submit your order online with lots of options to choose and personalise the bouquet if you wish, or leave it to the experts to pick the best arrangement. They offer same day delivery; I was ordering for the following day, and received an email in the morning informing me when the flowers had been delivered (the update was very much appreciated as its nice not to feel you need to chase it up). Ive been sent a picture of the bouquet itself, which was an absolutely stunning and generously sized bunch of gorgeous, colourful flowers - Id picked the bright and cheerful option on the website, and thats exactly what was delivered! In past years Ive had such bad experiences with florists who operate on a national scale; they always sub-contract the delivery service and thats where so many of the problems occur. These guys do their own delivery and I definitely felt it was loads more efficient, and that they cared about getting the flowers to the recipient on time and in one piece! Again would highly recommend them and would use again without hesitation, Im so pleased and so is my grandma!
