The fish and chips were delicious, freshly cooked to order. But, on paying by card, the elderly man running the place was holding the card reader at an angle so that I couldn't see the amount. I craned my neck to see and found I was being charged 30 for an order costing 19.90. He apologised and then charged 22.50. When I queried this he insisted it was correct before eventually accepting that I was correct. Possibly genuine confusion on his part but I suspect not. BEWARE!

Got 3 large portions of chips it just went in the bin They were just warm, hard and did not look appetising the kids wouldn't eat them. Even the dog choked on them. This place has gone down hill massively and it use to be my go to chippy.
