Bought tickets for 2020 Bristol event. Zero communication since then until I emailed at the end of February. Funnily, they then they sent out information about the 2022 event a day after. I complained and asked for a refund and spoke with someone called "Judith". They said they could offer an alternative whiskey set which I agreed to. Since then they have completed blanked me and ignored every email. Please do not give your money to these people. Do not expect anything in return for your money.

Organised a private tasting event with The Whisky Lounge. Eddie picked a great selection of whiskeys to suit both the experienced whiskey drinkers in the group and the novices. Martin from the Manchester Whiskey Club did the tasting and gave us a good understanding of each Whisky and created a fun and unique experience for us. Would really recommend a private event with the whisky lounge.

I booked 2 tickets with The Whisky Lounge fir April 2020 which understandably did not take place. Communication throughout 2020 and 2021 took place for further events which were virtual therefore we did not feel these were for us. I requested a refund as the dates or locations offered were nit suitable either as they were too far to travel or we had other commitments. I did state that other events had taken place during this time, with restrictions but nothing appeared to be happening in regards to the Whisky event I was pointed in the direction of Eventbrite for a refund but was unable to do this through this website so again emailed and then again heard nothing. I have this evening emailed again so I await their response.
