Sadly, I have to report a bad experience with this company. I contacted them asking to carry out electric survey in my house. They came for one and half hour and left quickly mentioning to my wife that they didn't figure it out what was the issue and they had to come back a couple of days later. Needless to say, they never did. Neither, they ever reported back to me, who initially requested the survey. So much so that I forgot about it. My wife assumed they would give me a report, and did not mention to me their visit. At the end, they charged me 108 for two hours of work, even though they staid well less than that. They threatened to pursue legal ways against me. I am now 108 quid shorter and still have the electrical fault. I warn you, choose a different company

Great service had an electrical safety report completed fast efficient great electronic version sent and all clearly laid out good communication from all levels .

Phoned Lister's as all the sockets in my kitchen had failed. I was very fortunate that one of their electricians was able to call within 30 minutes. He was pleasant, efficient and courteous. Couldn't rate them highly enough on this occasion.
