Phil was calm and reassuring whilst teaching me how to drive and was very focused on what aspects of my driving needed to be worked on. This helped me feel at ease and also provided a structured plan towards my test. He was very quick to pick up on things which I was unsure of and this intuition made for more productive lessons. I had lessons with Phil over a few months and was really pleased to pass my test at the end of it. He is also very reasonably priced and reliable which is a massive bonus! I'd definitely recommend.

I have just passed my test first time with Phil, I couldnt of asked for a better instructor! He was very clear with his instructions and was calm and reassuring when I was worried I was doing something wrong. I found it easy to learn with Phil and it's no exaggeration when it says he has top quality tuition! Phil has great rates on his lessons and lots of progress can be made in every lesson. He is also a friendly and easy to talk to instructor which made the experience of learning to drive easier more enjoyable! Thank you so much Phil! I would definately recommend him to anyone wanting to learn to drive! :)

When I was looking for a driving instructor, Phil was recommended by my friends time and time again. He had helped four of them pass at their first attempts. I thought his prices were competitive, and he was very flexible with lesson times. As an instructor I found him to be calm, reassuring, knowledgeable and yet fun. I enjoyed every lesson, even after making mistakes, and felt I was learning quickly. When it came to my test I felt I had been very well prepared and so passed first time with very few minors. I also feel that with Phil he isn't just teaching you to pass your test but teaching how to be a good driver afterwards. I am already planning on taking the pass plus course with him. I could not recommend him higher. Cheers Phil!

Passed my test 1st time !!!! Phil was absolutely amazing and very patient with me. From my first lesson I felt completely at ease and completely enjoyed the whole experience. Phils demeanour and relaxed attitude along with his great sense of humour was exactly what I needed to keep my confidence up - especially if I had a bad lesson with plenty of mistakes LOL ! :D Phil was an excellent teacher and put me in for my theory earlier than I thought I would be ready - but I passed and this gave me a great boost!!! My confidence rose and I relaxed further into my learning and my driving came on leaps and bounds. I really dont think I would have enjoyed learning to drive or continued with my lessons if Phil had not been so thoughtful, patient or genuinely friendly. I cannot recommend Phil highly enough to anyone looking for a tutor. Thanks Phil - you are a star. H8ch x
