I cant pretend that the fitting process went smoothly, but the rest of the service, the windows themselves and the after sales service have been excellent. Hence the 5 stars.

Really impressed with our replacement door. Excellent communication from placement of order through to installation. Mick, who carried out the work has done a great job, explaining how the lock system works and leaving the house clean and tidy. Thank you.

I recently had a very large window removed and replaced with a new one. From start to finish the lads were spot on. Top blokes. Highly recommended them. And they made sure I was happy before leaving. They put dust sheets down and Any mess they cleaned up. The salesman that sold me the window was really helpful. He's asked how can we save you money. Instead of saying you need all your Windows doing like a previous company I inquired about. The surveyor who carried out the final measurements out. Advised me on some helpful tricks for my other windows too. From start to finish a brilliant company. 10/10.

Minster Windows fitted a new front door and four new windows for me recently at my late mother's property. From start to finish, everything was handled efficiently and I was kept informed throughout. I'm delighted with the work done!

The whole experience was easy, all the staff were professional and Andy and Liam did an amazing job of fitting a load of new windows. I particularly like the old fashioned service of getting a letter in the post with the quote on, and decent honest people who will talk to you when you call. Such good service is hard to find in any industry nowadays. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.
