I got the advice I needed and more. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly, everything a receptionist should be!

So I get this text message 4 weeks after requesting to see a doctor: "Hi, this is Priory Medical Group following your recent contact. A clinician will review your details during the afternoon of 10.1.2023 It may be that your request can be dealt with without a face to face appointment, by phone or by text. If the clinician feels you would benefit from a face to face appointment, then you may be asked to attend on the day. If your symptoms worsen before then please contact us again or use NHS111. Priory Medical Group" I cancel my plans, stay at home and wait for a call.. and guess what I get? Nothing. No call and no communication at all.. Priory Medical Group is a shame.

Always great when I need them. I use the online system as I know the phones can be busy. In case of what I would class as an emergency for seeing a go they usually get back to me in the hour. In terms of things that can wait a bit longer usually a couple of days the staff have always been supportive when I go in

Emailed dr yesterday 20/7 and had a call from them this morning seeing a dr at 2 pm. The 2nd time Ive emailed 1st was over 3 wks ago so did again as a reminder. The drs are hard worked with to many patients against to little staff patients need to be patient!!yes its hard at times but thats how it is now Im afraid.

Having to wait nearly 2 weeks to get my sore sticky eyes looked at after being told to see the pharmacist firsttheir drops havent worked Im NOT happy or impressed with this attitude towards patients
