York Medical Group at 32 Clifton

I have been with this practice for nearly 20 years and I am sorry to say that it has definitely not improved since it became part of York Medical Group, making me feel more like just a number than ever. Never any issues with the doctors but it is often very difficult to get through to reception staff. I am surprised that reception is not open all day for a relatively large practice. Its a real nuisance not being able to phone between certain hours. When I get round to it I will be transferring to another practice.

I had to have a minor procedure on my foot which was carried out superbly. I was quite surprised how quick the procedure was and I put my pain free recovery down to the expertise of my care from the appointment.

I've never known a GP to have a 3 week wait for appointments. Still waiting....

Cant fault them when I was having test they were very quick and helpful unfortunately was cancer but through quick appointments have been into hospital and all sorted brilliant service

New appointment system absolutely awful. Receptionists when you eventually get through on the phone not able to reschedule appointments
