this surgery needs to train its receptionists better with how to treat people with mental health problems . my poorly mum has schizophrenia and is very ill. we came to gp as a last resort because she was having a psychotic episode , the receptionist refused to help saying no doctor was in and it is not her job to help i said she had a duty of care she said dont try that with me so i have taken a photo of her and will be filing a complaint . this is disgusting treatment of an eldery woman having a pyshitic episode who is a long term sufferer of schizophrenia . please train your staff or sack them this woman should not be a receptionist at a gp surgery
