Registering yourself is a mission. Registering your newborn is a mission. Registering your wife is a mission. Fill out these forms, then wait they say. Then wait more. Every time you ask someone in the surgery what you need to do to register they tell you different. Then it turns out you didn't need the forms, nor you needed to to wait... Then getting an appointment with your GP is a mission - use THIS app, NOT the NHS app, the OTHER one. You need to register with us then we give you a password. Then you can use this arbitrary website.... Every receptionist is giving you a completely different set of instructions... Then I am trying to get a GP appointment over the phone, but I can't, there is no option in the phone menu, the phone tells me to go online. Online there is only blood tests for me to book appointments for on that website with the password. Then I go and ask for a GP apt from the receptionist, then I'm told there is THIS OTHER WEBSITE now I need to go to. Then I'm like - never felt so lost like ever. Then I'm told you can't just book an appointment at the GP, you have to go online / even as I'm standing in the surgery. Then I'm told surely I'm good with tech, I can do this. WTAF? What a joke of a GP service! Still not been able to book a simple GP appointment. How did we get here?
