Had my braces fitted on Friday and had spent the previous several days a little bit terrified and was fending off some major panick on Friday morning! But Jonathan and the team were so understanding, patient and accomodating that within moments of being sat in the chair I was totally relaxed. They said we could go at my pace, stop whenever I felt I wanted a break and they checked how I was feeling every couple of minutes as well as explaining everything that they were doing - they couldn't have read what I needed any better. Ended up actually ENJOYING being there and feel completly comfortable going back for further appointments. Just can't wait to continue the process now! A bunch of friendly, professional and compassionate people. Highly recommend this place if you're thinking of getting braces, especially if you have anxiety and are looking for people who will understand. Not to mention the price of treatment is way better than anything else I was quoted in York!
