Booked a course online and got an email to say someone would be in touch in 24 hours. Not heard a single thing from them. They never answer their phones and always ask for a voicemail to be left. I have left countless voicemails and sent several emails and still I haven't heard anything back. Completely unacceptable customer service and I am not convinced that this isn't a scam.

Booked a semi-intensive course and the confirmation email said they would be in contact within 24 hours to arrange the dates - three weeks, many voicemail messages and emails later, I haven't heard anything from them. They never pick up their phones, just ask you to leave a voicemail. I'm wondering if this is some kind of scam, but I haven't paid any money so it's not a good one if it is.

Con artists - don't touch them with a barge pole! Booked an intensive driving course without them asking for my location at any point which I thought was a bit odd. They gave me a booking confirmation but never got back to me about when my lessons would start or even where they would be held. It looked too good to be true and I should have realised that long before I initiated anything. Stay well away!
