- Business replied with a sob story about its failure to justify staying open on slow days. I'm not one for excuses; if you post something, live up to it. Lying to the public will not win you favor. This policy of modifying hours without letting the public know is ridiculous. Thankfully I found a more responsive and better service in York. Google luggage storage, and you'll find a cheaper, more customer-friendly, 24-hour service. Stay away from Left Luggage.
Left Luggage - a couple of mins with the computer and a printer would have solved so much. Change your hours to reflect the truth.
