I really enjoyed this day and found it very useful as a basis for being more adventurous in cooking Indian food. The day was very well structured with clear demonstrations before trying ourselves. Sharmini was able to see and comment on each of the dishes during cooking, which was very helpful, and was very accessible for other questions during the day as well as in the group sessions. The atmosphere she and Helen created was very relaxed and the day worked very well from my point of view. I would certainly recommend.
