        Not open causing so much headache have a parcel drop off. You need to be open when your hours say you are happened all the time

        Looked on-line. 9am opening hours. Arrived at 9.15 to find the shutters down. Was not worth cycling home so waited 45 minutes. Someone eventually turned up after ten-oclock. Was asked my name as I wanted to collect a parcel, which I did however the chap continued to serve someone else.. so I waited. Was finally handed the parcel was not asked for Id. Will not arrange for parcels to be delivered here again or will not recommend

        It's ridiculous, never open when it says, 9am till 9pm is it's official times but no. either change the times or do your job!
