Recently moved near this shop so it is now my local. As others have said some of the staff are quite surly to the extent that if I see them serving I will shop elsewhere. There's also a woman begging all day every day beside the front door.

Second time in the place: moved to York two weeks ago. Truth: this shop is ruined by the present workers of whom are rude. As someone who uses the workers checkout if I (prefer) to pay cash as some people just do sometimes, i'm both times now treated (not greeted) with an attitude. As a former worker of these types of customer-service jobs years back when, this is not acceptable at all. 'If you hate your job, QUIT. don't take your life out on the person wanting to walk in and go about their day.'
