Was not asked if I had a club card by the young lad behind the till or given chance to present it by the time he had totalled up my purchase. When I did show my clubcard I was informed that he had already put it through. When I explained that he was going to need to refund and put it back through I was met with a tut, sigh and a slam of the till followed by a call for a manager and the server proceeding to look at his phone. There are three problems here. Firstly Clubcard prices causing these issues (I wouldn't have caused a problem for a few points) . I was then annoyed by the staff rudeness (sorry I inconvenienced you). Thirdly, to the young lad in question. Get a haircut.
