        Had previously good experiences delivering parcels here, however i recently selected this location for a parcel to be delivered to so i could pick it up, only to find theyve returned my parcel (without contacting me) to the sender because it was too big - for reference it was a rolled up rug. Not sure why i wasnt contacted to be informed of this or be asked to pick it up immediately if there was no space to store it. I now have to wait for a refund and then reorder.all because of bad, complete lack of communication. Im baffled, baffled!

        Customer service needs to be addressed in this store on some day's almost hurt the assistant to have to speak .

        Advised by staff they are closed in middle of day to take a delivery. Wont try and use again.
