        I have just filled up my car at this petrol station 19:23 hrs Wed 4th Jan 2023. I went in to find the tills unattended which isn't a problem as everyone needs a toilet break. There was a young man who obviously worked in the store stood by the tills so I ask if anyone was serving, at which point an old lady with blonde hair (not in uniform) said abruptly "what did you just say" the young man answered on my behalf and told her I asked if anyone was serving at which point she said yes I am in a rude manner. She went behind the till served the young man and then tried to get me to go to the back of the queue which had formed after me due to her not being on the till. Thank goodness the people in the queue had seen the situation and insisted I was served. What disgusting service by a very lazy rude old woman.
