I've worked at Peru Consulting for almost 6 years and love the culture and family spirit. The founding Directors make time to speak with every one on a personal level, treat them fairly and share insights into business information and strategy. After undergoing two close family bereavements in 6 months, all Directors and colleagues were hugely supportive, allowing flexible working, empathy and space to grieve.
