I've worked with Sharon for over two years and she is incredible! She has revolutionised my business, introduced a custom CRM system, supports all my clients, manages anything administrative, all my client processes, my social media, emailing, the list is endless. She literally can turn her hand to anything that supports your business, she is incredibly professional, highly efficient and very skilled at what she does. She literally just gets on with it so really takes a weight off your mind because you know it's in excellent hands. But more than that she has enabled my business to grow, she quickly understood the vision of the business and how she could support it. She suggests and implements processes that are foundational in its growth and improves how we serve our clients. She just believes in your business and wants it to be a success, it's not 'just a job' for her. She is very innovative and creative, coming up with fresh ideas, she often takes a nugget of an idea and will suggest amazing ways in which it could be developed. Above all she is an absolute pleasure to work with, I honestly don't know what I'd do without her and just love working with her!
