I recently hired Norris Construction to fit a roof and rear door to an extension on my property to make it weather proof for winter. At the start I was very pleased with them and was going to use them for further work inside my house- they completed and invoiced for the roof as arranged and said they would be back the following week to fit the door. I paid the invoice in good faith, but then they didn't acknowledge my payment, didn't return to fit my door and blocked my email and Facebook account so I could not contact them to chase up the outstanding work. Very unprofessional company, I was shocked how their attitude changed once they'd got their money. I am a new mother with a 4 month old baby and they have left me very upset with a hole in the back of my house just in time for winter. I would not recommend them.
