        Friendly and extremely helpful, will help you get the best possible price for the fix, and really quick. Initially went to them on Monday, handed it in to them Wednesday lunchtime and it was ready to be collected by 2pm the same day. :)

        I rang Kit last week and spoke to a very friendly and knowledgable chap who gave me some sound advice as to why my MacBook wasn't charging. I dropped it off with them on Monday March 6th and was informed it was probably the charging ports they would investigate and call me on Tuesday. They rang me on the Tuesday as promised and told me it was the ports and they could order them in and have it ready for me on Wednesday. Sure enough I got a call and was told it was fixed and ready to collect. It was all done very efficiently at a very reasonable cost. I have worked in the customer service industry for nearly 40 years so I know good service when I see it. THEY WERE FANTASTIC!
