        I'm a York local and I avoid this place! No complaint with the store but the manager is completely incompetent. 35 minutes I waited for a latte to go. Always new staff as the turnover is that high, manager finally served me and after 35 mins standing and waiting I got an average drink but no apology. Never seen a manager behave so poorly. No skills and from what I observed completely lacking in the skills and ability to manager a team. Average coffee and price but dreadful service. And try and complaint to head office and they're equally poor. Trust me, Avoid. There are so many better places which are local and actually value custom.

        Amazing coffee and service by Lena. She offered me spanish latte which I love it, my little one and husband likes their drinks as well. Great place! Vegetarian options: Vegan banana and chocolate bread its very tasty
