I was recommended Chiropractic 1st by my sister - & Im so pleased I followed her recommendation. I was quite apprehensive at going, thinking my aching back was just a sign of getting old but both Claire and Arlene are so friendly and put me at ease from my first visit. Arlene explained clearly how chiropractic treatment works and my aches and pains reduced almost immediately after my first adjustment. Would definitely recommend to anyone to help reduce aches and pains and also to improve general well being.

Arlene has really made a great difference to my life. I am not stiff or in any pain anymore and feel amazing. She is a really great advisor on how to look after your health and you really feel so much better when you follow her advice and chiro programme. She gives me hope that I can age well and still be active. Also, Clare is amazing and such a pleasure to deal with as well.

I am currently having regular appointments in my third trimester of pregnancy and it is helping me so much with keeping my body healthy, free of discomfort and getting ready for birth. Arlene has a wealth of experience and is amazing in treating pregnant women. I would highly recommend!

I ALWAYS feel better after an adjustment. Its not just physical either, my head feels clearer too. Arleen motivates me to think about my general health and well-being too, and has lots of practical advice on how to keep well and stay strong.
