Daniel just completed a full survey of a mid-terrace two bedroom house in York for me. He was quick, efficient and extremely thorough throughout the process. Considering this will be my first house I wanted to know literally every little niggle of an issue in the house and this report did that and more. He lays it all out into the sections of the house and on what is the most urgent so now it will make it easier to get each bit checked in time before it becomes a bigger problem. Highly recommend Daniel. He did a very good job, we had a great and in-time communication. His survey is a standard and quite detailed one, which gives me lots of useful information. By the way, he is quite a kind and honest person.

I contracted Surveying and Sustainability services for a detailed house survey. Daniel was incredibly helpful, giving detailed answers to any and all questions I threw at him (and there were many!). His report was delivered promptly and he was a pleasure to deal with. 100% would recommend.

Recently had a structural survey conducted by Daniel for my upcoming property purchase. Incredibly thorough, incredibly useful, Daniel went through all advisories with me over the phone before sending the report. The report was very clear, easy to understand and included line item costings for the advisories so I could go back to the seller to negotiate the price. Couldnt have asked for better. Showed to family members and everyone was impressed, highly recommend! Ive passed Daniels details onto friends who are also looking to purchase soon. Many thanks Daniel!
