        Got the keys to our new house to find it much dirtier than when we viewed. Called Mick and he attended promptly the next morning. Greasy stains couldn't be removed but the rest came up nicely, feel much better about the carpet now and has saved us money on replacing it. Very reasonable priced.

        Job booked 2 weeks in advance, received text night before job was due to be done, stating machine was in for repair and was going to have to cancel. After telephone conversation agreed to borrow machine and arrived on time. The exiting stains which were pointed out, were not treated. Could not remove tea stains from carpet, and despite complaining, said there was nothing he could do. Would not recommend. Service: General carpet cleaning
