        We had a bit of a floor disaster when a spillage caused serious etching in our limestone floor, but Joseph at Fresh Air Floorcare did an amazing job to put it right. He provided a really excellent service - coming round initially to do a test repair on a small area, and subsequently made the floor look fabulous. The job was bigger than he'd initially estimated, but he did the extra work without asking for any further payment. He was responsive, friendly and polite - I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
