Very pushing. Make you decide on the car there and then forcing you into buying. Give very low valuations for current car. Force you to also do a google review whilst waiting to pick your car up. Also make sure they actually service your car not just sign the book as mine definitely was not done. They will sell you any problems they can.

I made a formal complaint when selling my car, they state they will respond within 48 hours but I have still not heard from them over a week later so obviously have no customer care service.

I came looking to part exchange my car for a lightly bigger one. I normally bring my husband with me for things like this so was a little anxious being by myself but the guys were great with me, I dealt with Sahand and Paul who explained everything to me thoroughly including all my finance options and were very patient while I test drove a few cars. Once I had made my decision Sahand took me through all the documents and looked after me when I came to collect my new car and hand over my old one. Very happy with my new car and the high customer service I received. Thank you

The experience of purchasing my car through Evans Halshaw was really good. It was a very big purchase for me but Chris Adamson was patient and lead me through the purchase process step by step. I am looking forward to many years of happily driving my car.
