Had great service here from start to finish, Jess really listened to what sort of car I wanted and the first one she showed me was a winner. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car!

Can't fault Ian he's been great throughout the process of buying my car from placing the order to delivery and making sure I'm getting on OK with it. I always felt at ease and informed on the status and even though I thought I called too often Ian never made me feel like I could call too much to check up on things. I would definitely buy another car from here.

I've always found Minstergate really very good for both purchase and servicing of my cars. No different with my new MG HS, the car is great and salesman Ian Creek was really very good as well, he explained everything to me and my wife, leaving us feeling confident we had made the right choice. Shocking outfit. Went into the showroom last Thursday. Looked around the vehicles inside several times whilst waiting to be approached. Nobody cane to us. We then stood around waiting - still nobody came over or walked past for me to ask. Eventually I went to the service desk and asked the young lady there to get somebody from sales. An older chap with a Scouse accent came out of an office and advised that there was just 1 salesman in compared to the 7 that should be. The 1 in was on the phone but would see us once finished. Many more minutes passed until the call ended. We went over and told the salesman what we were looking for. He took details down and then went into the same office as the scouse chap for several minutes. He eventually came back out to advise the computer systems were down and that he'd ring us on Friday morning. He didn't ring. On Saturday, we went on the Drive online chat to complain, all information was taken again and a call to us was arranged for Sunday. Guess what? No call. They've lost any potential business from us and I would not recommend this outfit at all. Terrible throughout.
