Absolutely beautiful hotel, however the Garden Room experience was not so good. Decor was lovely, however, the young, clueless staff needed some serious training. The coffee was mediocre, and arrived with no sugar, we asked for sugar, it arrived but no spoons! Used cups were not cleared. There were no cakes/pastries or even a biscuit available at 11.30 in the morning. I waited 10 minutes just to pay the bill. Overall, our experience did not live up to expectations
