Patio door lock broke so I took the lock to Eurocell in York, and purchased a replacement, after trying and failing to fit it, I took it back to be told they had sold me the wrong lock, this was a Monday, the new one would come on Thursday the same week, they would phone me to let me know, this didn't happen, I had to contact Eurocell to be told it hadn't arrived, so the Manager said he would organise one for delivery on Tuesday of the next week, this too failed and no one contacted me, again I had to phone the store. In the end I decided on a refund and try elsewhere. I have had no apology or a phone call, this is the worst customer service I have ever had from a business.
