I bought an approved used BMW just over a year ago (which has performed flawlessly).
However, a day outside of the App.Used warranty it developed an AdBlue fault.
Vertu (particularly highlighting Sarah in the Service dept.) Were able to fit it in and sorted everything as a goodwill gesture.
Car was washed and detailed upon return.
Great comms, keeping me updated throughout.
I've had more expensive car marques where I haven't had half as good service.
