Liv Store York

Purchased my bike from Liv at York in March 23. Received friendly, supportive and knowledgeable advice right from the start. Claire helped me decide on which bike I would like, kept in touch with me throughout regarding the expected date of the bikes arrival. Once the bike arrived, Claire went through everything with me to make sure I was happy with the bike and understood where everything was, and how to use it. Would happily buy from there again. Last November I bought the Liv Alight 2 hybrid and was delighted with the attention and service I had from Claire in the York shop. The bike is a perfect fit for me and an even better ride. Due to Christmas and cold wet weather I have only done a few short rides locally but am gearing up to go further afield this month! The bike is light and flies like the wind. It is very smooth on gear changes and is a fantastic ride. Speaking as a novice this bike is certainly inspiring me to go further. Heres me setting out the day after I bought the bike and the wintry afternoon ride view along north beach in Bridlington!
