Bed missing bits. Customer service and delivery were polite but had very poor options available to them to make sure I didnt go away unhappy. 2600 for a bed with a 6 week delivery time. Missing parts, then another 7-10 working days for the missing bits to arrive. Tbh nobody cared that much either.
