Room 7. Shabby shocking and should not be let as a room.
The wallpaper is hanging off
There are 10 electric plugs running from one double socket. A toaster directly under a place curtain
And an unbelievably shocking small door.
The hotel does tell you about the door so can't do anything about it.
However the danger the rest of the hotel is in from the shocking electric set up is very dangerous and York Council have told us they intend to investigate and site visit from the pictures we supplied.
Also the hotel have ignored all attempts to reply to any contact we or late rooms have made seeking a refund for the night we did not stay
