waited outside for 5 - 10 minutes whilst it was drizzling ringing the doorbell before someone answered the door but had to ring their number for this to happen.
for just a nights sleep before visiting her again in the morning it was fine - beds were clean. toilet/shower was very small though. is directly next to a road so if cars/traffic wake you up maybe not ideal if staying in a front facing room
if staying whilst visiting someone in the hospital this is a good convenient place if you do not live nearby (etc we live in Devon)
