        I must say I was really disappointed with the customer service. I was so unlucky to book a non refundable stay for two nights, I was very poor at the time we were supposed to leave to York plus the whole York got flooded and all the events we went there for, were cancelled so we tried to cancel the accommodation and was begging for some discount or at least possibility to change the dates. If the accommodation was freed for sell, it would have been sold immediately because York was flooded and people were desperate for decent accommodation in not flooded areas. So if there was a nice customer service, both sides could have been happy. Unfortunately there was no discussion possible, no willingness to help. I have never experienced such a horrible approach. So I personally don't recommend the company because in case you have a problem, don't expect any help
