I have been going to lash candy for nearly 3 years now and I have had all types of extensions, long, short, cat-eye (m curl), wispy, fluffy, spikey, coloured lashes, and now I am enjoying a more natural style with a lash lift and tint. Any time I have wanted to change it up and try something new Saskia has been amazing with offering new services and ideas. Since the very first day I walked into the salon I have felt so welcome and a part of the lash candy family. I can't thank the girls enough for always being there and looking after me and my lashes and offering therapy when needed. The nicest girls and the best service. Easily the TOP and BEST place for lashes in york. I can't recommend Lash Candy enough for anything lash, nails, eyebrows and aesthetics. Had my first appointment with Lauren for lashes at thier new location. The shop looks amazing no baby pink colour scheme, (as the majority of places seem to be), but a striking black and neon pink colour scheme. There are amazing quotes and pictures giving off a female empowerment vibe. I met Paige and looked at her work which is amazing!! Lauren was very knowledgeable and sweet. I felt instantly welcome and at ease and the 2hrs flew by. Saskia the owner is at the Helm and is very accommodating and has an amazing relationship with all her girls, you can tell how much they respect her, she is a master if lashes and as such has a wealth of knowledge and experience. I feel I entered as a customer but left as a friend. Will most definitely be back and cannot recommend highly enough

I had eyelash extensions fitted at the cost of 60 at Lash Candy. It was my first time having them fitted and at no point at the end of the fitting was I given any aftercare advice on how to look after them. I had to go onto the internet to research it myself. Within 6 days most of the lashes had fallen out. When I emailed Saskia about my issue I asked if she would refit them for free? She declined my request and said if I had emailed her within 2 days of fitting them she would of refit them and that there are several reasons why they have fallen out, implying I hadnt not looked after them correctly. There is nothing on her website stating her work and services are guaranteed for 2 days. Which is appalling and bad customer service. I would not recommend her services.
